This is my second update on my June Yoga Challenge!

These are my current goals:
June’s Yoga Challenge Goals:
- Take at least one yoga class at the gym
- Incorporate yoga into my workout routine twice a week.
- To gain more control over my breathing.
Week 2 Thoughts:
This week I stepped it up and made some necessary purchases!
I am so glad that I did! It is much easier with a mat. I have noticed it really helps me with my balance. I am still loving Jillian’s Yoga Meltdown video! I am motivated and feeling the burn! I have also noticed that level 1 is getting much easier and I can get a lot lower in my poses.
My current favorite pose is warrior.
My legs shake so bad with this pose but I can really feel the stretch!
I have a new favorite post yoga snack.
(I have found that I am more apt to complete a task when I reward myself with food after 🙂 )
Strawberry pineapple smoothie!
I threw all those goodies into my Magic Bullet and presto! This was the first time I had ever had the Vanilla Chobani before and I was so surprised by the flavor! I need to stock up!
