Hey everyone and welcome to the weekend! Unfortunately I had a house full of construction workers today so I was stuck inside while they replaced our door for 3 hrs. Fun times.
BREAKFAST:
Special K Oats and Honey with skim milk and blueberries, a hard boiled egg and a DELICIOUS cup of coffee.
These k-cups were part of my birthday present and I couldn’t wait to try it. It’s seriously more like a dessert than a coffee! It smells absolutely incredible and tastes even better. It tasted like I was drinking a melted raspberry truffle. I drink my coffee black so sometimes my k-cups taste a bit bitter. Not this one. Ugh so good! I am definitely gunna have to hide these from Nolan. 
LUNCH:
The rest of my penini from yesterday and a bowl of chicken noodle soup that my mom made.
After lunch, then men finally finished the install and took off. I was able to get a quick run in at Cushing before tutoring started. It was only 2 1/2 miles but it felt good to get out.
I did some serious cleaning today in prep for the workers, and came across about 10 magazines. Before recycling I did some creative clipping and put together a little inspiration board.
My board is filled with words of encouragement and stability. And food of course! I can use all the motivation I can get and hopefully this will serve that purpose of encouraging me to push forward.
I need to pay special attention to “willpower” “motivation” and “De-clutter”.
I had a very strange revelation today. Right after I finished cleaning the apartment, I immediately felt calm, and was craving some healthy foods. I know that sounds bizarre but whenever the house is a mess, I feel blah and tend to snack more. When the house is clean, I am more patent and willing to take a few minutes to put a healthy meal together. Does anyone else ever feel that way?

Today we got our 6th shipment from Bobbin Farm and man was it a great one!
Much less greens, and much more of the good stuff!
I am so excited to have some fresh cherry tomatoes. It’s one of my absolute favorite veggies. When I was growing up my grandfather had a big garden and I used to sneak in and steal all the tomatoes.
Have you ever had ground cherries? You rip open the little pouch and there is a sweet little cherry inside. This is why we wanted to do a farm share- we get to try new things that we would never ever buy!
I can’t wait to get cooking!

LOVE cherry tomatoes too! They are so delicious that I’ll eat them till all the acid burns my mouth, I just can’t quit!
You did get a great shipment of veggies, I really wish my garden would step it up and give me some goodies!

My party is open from Thursday until Wednesday at midnight. If you miss one week, you can always link up the next week. #36 is still open until tomorrow at midnight. Then week #37 will be up and ready for your submission.
