Fall makes me bake. I love the flavors and smells of fall and what better place to capture that essence than in the kitchen?
Recently I have read many blogger recipes for bread and it got me salivating. I looked around to see what I had on hand and came up with this.
While forming this recipe I started with the bones of my Peanut Butter Beer Bread recipe. I cut the sugar a bit because frankly, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth and I don’t need it in my bread.
OOPS! While cracking my beer the top flipped into the batter. That would NOT have been good eats!
I love the way the batter reacts to the beer. So many bubbles! The science of food fascinates me!
Mu only regret is that I didn’t top it with the granola my foodie penpal got me! Next time.
