This weekend Nolan and I decided to make chili for our Sunday tailgate. To go along side, I wanted to make something fun and delicious to complement our spicy chili. I love a nice slice of cornbread, so thinking outside the box I came up with these!
The muffins were warm and cheesy and every once in a while you got a spicy piece of jalapeno. I only used half the seeds from the pepper because our chili was pretty spicy on its own, but you could obviously add more for some heat. It was the perfect pairing for our spicy chili and a fun and creative twist on an old favorite.
