Well, yesterday was a rough day. I started off with some breakfast….
btw, if you haven’t tried the new Frozen Arnold Palmer from Dunkin’ Donuts, DO IT! It’s amazing, and would probably make a great John Daly as well. 😉
Then, if my day wasn’t stressful enough, I had to lay out by the pool for like 2 hours! UGH!
This was all leading up to summer beers and dinner at John Harvard’s with Nolan.
This soup came out so well! It’s very light and summery, but filling because of the protein and fiber in the sausage, beans, and kale. Kale has soo many benefits, including vitamins A, B, C, and a ton of iron. It also contains many cancer fighting phytochemicals and flavonoids. Idk what any of that means, but I know it’s really good for you.
Alright, time for me to get on with my day. I plan on going to the gym, enjoying the nice weather, and then seeing Maleficent!
