Time for a look at this week’s eats! Thank you Jen for hosting another WIAW!
The night before, I packed up my new Bengo Box so I was ready to go in the a.m. Everything fit really nicely in there too!
For breakfast I packed a Fiber One Whole Grain English Muffin with a wedge of LC and some blueberries.
Lunch was some homemade buffalo chicken salad, made from a can of chicken, a stalk of celery, 1/2 tbsp fat free Miracle Whip, and about 1/8 cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce. It’s amazing how much Nolan has changed my taste buds lately. I’m def on the buffalo bandwagon. And on the side, some steamable sugar snap peas that I’m still addicted to. All packed up, with a yogurt for snack. So much easier to carry than all those individual containers I was hauling around before.
This meal came out unbelievably well. I only had my phone available to take pics so it doesn’t look that great, but trust me, it was. It was pretty simple to make too, which is always a plus for me. Definitely a must try!
